WHY HIRE US
ESTATE SALE ETIQUETTE
CONTACT US

I'd be more than happy to come by and look at the estate before you start going through and give you pointers on what to do. I've done this many times and it gives the family a better idea of what to do and many times I've been able to put the family at ease during this overwhelming task. Of course because I got there early I was able to advise them on items to keep, this saved them time because many of the things they were planning on doing, we do as part of our service. More importantly, I prevented items worth money from being thrown in the trash.

Cost

It will cost you nothing out of pocket.  I charge a commission based on the size of the sale, how much work will be involved to prepare and run the sale and whether or not there will be travel expenses.  Commission is negotiated between owner and agent. Other than the commission, the owner's only expenses are the advertising and any special permits or licenses required.  I am unique in the fact that as an estate sale company we are set up to accept Visa, Master Card, and Debit Cards at each sale -we do not operate on a just cash only basis.  This is very important in maximizing your profit.

Location

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Sun Lakes, Queen Creek, Mesa, Fountain Hills, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Ahwatukee, Sun City.  But we also service other Phoenix Metro Cities.

  • Aprons -another vintage item that is hot!
